TechForward Podcast Network

A two-track podcast clipping engine, designed to make guests share their own appearances.

TechForward had been recording two episodes a week for three years and posting one clip per episode on its main accounts. The library was deep; the surface was shallow. The brief: turn the existing back catalog into a sustained short-form presence on TikTok and Reels without asking the host team to do more recording.

We split each episode into two parallel clip tracks: one of host highlights (with a podcast-host editorial brief), and one of guest highlights (with a guest-share editorial brief). Guest clips were posted on roster accounts the day each episode dropped, then sent to guests directly with a 'feel free to share' note. About a third of guests reshared, which extended reach without paid amplification.

We hadn't 'made' anything new — but our show was suddenly everywhere. The team didn't change. The math did.
